Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle, hands-on approach that aims to enhance the body's natural healing abilities. Your practitioner will use light touch to manipulate the skull, spine, and pelvis to improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and release restrictions in the craniosacral system. This therapy is often utilized to alleviate a range of conditions, from headaches and stress to chronic pain and emotional trauma.

Maria was born in the Philippines and raised in Edmonton. She is a graduate from Makami College Advanced Massage Therapy 3000-hrs and brings over 13 years of experience as a massage therapist. Throughout her career, she has continued to expand her clinical knowledge by learning from a wide range of practitioners and treatment styles.
Her practice focuses on both wellness and rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on addressing the root cause of pain by working directly on specific sites of injury. Maria is certified in the Graston Technique, a specialized soft tissue therapy using stainless steel instruments to break down adhesions in muscles and fascia. She is also certified in cupping therapy, which helps relieve muscle tension and improve blood and lymphatic circulation.
